As we are approaching the final payroll of 2023, we would like to send out a friendly reminder about your tax documents.
W-2s and 1099s are generally available digitally mid- January and sent by regular post by the end of January 2024.
If you have made any adjustments to your mailing or physical address, but have not updated Outstaffing or your Paylocity portal, please let Outstaffing know as soon possible so that we can ensure timely delivery of your W-2 or 1099.

Outstaffing operates using a bi-weekly payroll resulting in 26 pay periods each calendar year. Benefits premiums are collected twice a month resulting in 2 pay periods that don’t have regular premiums collected.
September has a total of 3 pay periods which means that there will be NO benefits premiums collected on the upcoming (29 SEPTEMBER) payday. However, any adjustments necessary to bring your benefits premiums current (as insurance premiums are billed a month in advance) will be made by Outstaffing at this time.
